Frequently Asked Questions

Asset tokenization is the process of converting rights to a real-world asset — such as warehouse receipts, real estate, commodities, or intellectual property — into digital tokens on a blockchain. These tokens represent ownership or economic rights and can be traded, fractionalized, and managed more efficiently than traditional instruments. BeePart guides you through the entire tokenization process, from feasibility analysis to token launch and ongoing management.
The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the asset and the regulatory requirements involved. A typical tokenization project moves through five phases: Candidacy & Analysis, Contract & Specifications, Market Verification, Launch (ICO), and Ongoing Management. From initial engagement to token launch, most projects take between three and six months. Our team works to keep the process on track while ensuring every legal and technical requirement is met.
The initial engagement begins with our Candidacy & Initial Analysis phase, which starts from $5,000. This covers the feasibility assessment, compliance review, and roadmap development. Subsequent phases — including legal structuring, technical development, and ICO launch — are quoted on a custom basis depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We design our fee structures to be accessible while reflecting the quality and depth of our work.
Yes. The Bahamas has one of the most comprehensive regulatory frameworks for digital assets in the world. The Digital Assets and Registered Exchanges (DARE) Act provides clear rules for the issuance, trading, and management of digital tokens. BeePart ensures every project is fully compliant with the DARE Act and all relevant Bahamian regulations. Our regulatory expertise is one of the key advantages we offer to international clients.
A wide range of real-world assets can be tokenized, including warehouse receipts, commodities, real estate, intellectual property, revenue streams, trade finance instruments, and more. The key requirements are that the asset has identifiable economic value, clear ownership, and a viable market for the resulting tokens. During our Candidacy & Analysis phase, we evaluate your specific asset to determine its suitability for tokenization.
